Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items that have been washed, altered, or worn.
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
